I agree that we have indeed been somewhat trained from a general business perspective to avoid such an approach, and it has succeeded in convincing many to avoid it because too many perceive it might lead to &quot;bad PR&quot; but that&#039;s not necessarily true.

Just check out the Pepsi Vs Coke ads, and how each portrays the other as the enemy. ;)</description>

#3 Step two is brilliant. The concept of picking an enemy is obvious if we look at our blog as pure marketing. Yet from a business standpoint thinking in those terms is perhaps something we have been trained to avoid.

But I totally agree, if a blog is to be interesting as well as informational, then like any good move or book a well developed â€œvillainâ€ and a polarizing struggle would only make it better.</description>
