Advice on Making Money With Pay Per Click Advertising

1) Do not view Pay Per Click as an easy way to make money.

I cannot tell you how many times new online marketers have told me that they heard of pay per click advertising with Google AdWords and that their plan to become successful online is to just start buying traffic on Google.

YES, starting with pay per click is the single fastest way to start getting traffic but do not fall into the trap that it is easy! It is easy to buy traffic, but it is not easy to make money with pay per click. Those days are over. I am sorry to disappoint you but making money with pay per click was easy 6 years ago. Those times have long passed!

2) Do not view Pay Per Click as a quick way to make money

If you are hoping that pay per click is an easy way to make a fortune online you are mistaken! Do not buy the hype. Yes, pay per click is a HUGE market and a HUGE opportunity but if you don’t know what you are doing, and I assume you know very little since you are searching for the keyword “pay per click make money” then don’t believe anyone that will tell you that you can succeed very quickly. In fact, did you know that new advertisers, especially on Google face a huge disadvantage?

3) You can make a lot of money with Pay Per Click

For those of you that are avid readers of our blog, you will know that we share with you nothing but the truth and hard facts. The truth is, we do make a lot of money via pay per click advertising. However, it varies widely from market to market. In some markets we succeed brilliantly, in others we fail and it takes us months, sometimes 4-6 months before we become profitable. And sometimes, we simply get crushed.

Making money with pay per click is all about figuring out a winning process that will help you to identify winning keywords and grouping those into winning ad groups. This is where most people fail.
