Sometimes just telling people what to do next might lead to a huge increase in the click-through-rate of your Google ads.
In the example below, we bought a keyword “Perry Marshall” that a lot of online marketers are searching for because they might want to purchase Perry Marshall’s products. So, we simply wrote an ad where we ask people to read our site before going to the other site. It was as simple as that. The result:
A 365% improvement in the click-through-rate of our Google AdWords ads!

How did our conversion rate fare? It actually remained constant so all of the additional clicks converted into buyers at the same rate as before! The above ad probably also worked because we did not try to go for impulsive clicks by adding text such as “start now” or “start here.” Instead, we just factually stated what users, the users that are looking to buy a product, should do next.
