It's always nice to hear from happy customers, and it even brought up a good reminder. Have you thanked your regular merchants lately? You know, the ones you know you can count on for their trusty product or service?
Yes, the seller is often expected to thank the buyer, but what if you turned around and thanked them (one of those up in your face THANK YOU's) every so often?
