I’m writ­ing this post from Orlando, Florida.

Or specif­i­cally, Dis­ney­World. I’m sur­rounded by kids wear­ing mickey mouse hats, really happy tod­dlers, really tired par­ents and a bunch of Inter­net Marketers.

I’ll be blog­ging daily to share a key idea or insight I gained from each day here.

But I barely made it here.

My flight from Man­ches­ter ran into a bit of dif­fi­culty. The kind that makes you curl like a baby on your seat and almost pee in your pants.

An hour after tak­ing off the pilot announced that his “hydraulic brakes” had stopped work­ing. We had to dump all fuel over farm coun­try in Eng­land, make a big u-turn and attempt to land back in Manchester.

The plane came down at a ridicu­lous speed, blow­ing both tires and we finally touched the run­way to be greeted by fire trucks and emer­gency work­ers. Man­ches­ter air­port was closed for the next 2 hrs.

But I got some nice pics!

I stayed overnight in Man­ches­ter, but sadly missed the first half of the first day of the event.

I still man­aged to catch the last bit of Mike Filsaime’s ses­sion though, and will blog about some insights in the next post.
