Are small businesses dropping out of AdWords?

This is the ques­tion posed by www.seroundtable.com in their lat­est blog post. 

While the sur­vey just launched, I have long been pre­dict­ing that Small Busi­nesses have no future in AdWords.  The future looks does not look very bright for small busi­nesses as I out­lined in my free report The Com­ing AdWords War.
